Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade whenever you like, and the price is prorated. On the day your new plan starts, that plan's monthly credit allowance is added to your balance.
What if I run out of credits mid month?
Buy a credit pack any time, from 100 credits for $2.99 up to 3,000 for $59.99. Paid plans get a bonus on top of every pack: 5% on Starter, 10% on Scholar, 15% on Pro and 20% on Max.
Do credits expire?
No. Nothing in your balance expires — not credits you buy, not your monthly plan allowance, not gifts or bonuses. Each renewal adds your new allowance on top of whatever you have left.
What happens after I subscribe?
You get instant access to everything on your plan. Credits, free recording hours and free transformations are all granted immediately. Cancel any time.
How do the purchase bonuses work?
Every credit pack you buy comes with extra credits based on your plan: Starter +5%, Scholar +10%, Pro +15%, Max +20%. Buy the 1,500-credit pack on Max and 1,800 land in your account — and all of them are permanent.
Can I still buy credits without subscribing?
Yes. Credit packs work on the free plan too, from $0.0299 a credit down to $0.02 on the largest pack. Subscribing gets you a better effective rate plus the purchase bonus on every pack.
